The Foundation can offer specialist cost-effective coaching services to anyone in any setting requiring yoga, pilates or mindfulness sessions. These incorporate breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress, yielding obvious health, posture, relaxation and stress-reducing benefits, along with relief from other long-standing health concerns, as well as increasing general levels of fitness.
These sessions offer child-friendly Pilates and Yoga practice within the classroom setting for boys and girls to build inner and outer strength. The students learn mat Pilates exercises, yoga poses and sequences, and mindful breathing tools while adding in games, storytelling, songs and imaginative play, all to benefit the educational environment and academic success. The lessons promote a calm, controlled, mindful and engaging learning environment while encouraging children to be joyful and active!
